• For clients who may not be able to afford the one-on-one programs, the group program will be weekly sessions for 12 weeks, at half the cost. 

• *Must have minimum of 5 members in the group

• Gather your friends, family, and associates from your church/temple, your work, or other like minded specific community to all get healthy together

• Community building techniques combined with faith based wellness, and world wide longevity research

• *Must have minimum of 6 members in the group - even numbers preferred if at all possible
